QST for Everyone - Why Sensory Testing Matters, and Why We Need to Get It Out of the Lab
Topical Workshop
Jan Vollert will present the case for QST as a means of quantifying and tracking neuropathic changes, as well as for stratification of patients living with neuropathic pain. He will present common protocols of lab QST and the advances made on this basis. He will then point to the problems in translating lab QST to primary care and bedside settings, attempts made, and show recent advances in devices and technologies that will help paving the way to more comprehensive bedside QST.
