Jan Rosner earned his medical degree at the University of Heidelberg and subsequently specialized in clinical neurology and neurophysiology at the Spinal Cord Injury Center, University of Zurich, and the Department of Neurology, University Hospital Bern, Switzerland. His research focuses on improving the clinical diagnosis of neuropathic pain after spinal cord injury through standardized assessment and neurophysiology, as well as on understanding the pathophysiology of the condition through mechanistic clinical trials. As of October 2022, he is a postdoctoral fellow at the Danish Pain Research Center, Aarhus University.
